“Looking at the Earth and the universe from the stand point of awe, wonder and radical amazement at the grandeur and magnificent mystery of all being. That’s what the new bottom line is about.”

Trails:
There is just nothing like being above treeline in the White Mountains — make that Washington on a beautiful day and it is glorious! Pat and I were lucky enough to be part of the majesty and mystery of Washington yesterday, from hiking along the Alpine Garden surrounded by tiny pink and white flowers, slogging through the snowfield at the upper part of Tuckerman’s Ravine, gazing out at the mountains beyond mountains in the distance, and working out way up the summit cone in the silence of the winds. Truly radically amazing. The kind of radically amazing that you have to breathe deep to hold it all in. We are so grateful that we can hike in all that beauty!
